Deep South asks coaches that choose to change the routine from from their first performance to their second to fill out a Routine Change Form. This assists the judges in scoring accurately and appropriately. Please understand that routine changes do not always cause scores to change. If you change the routine from your 1st performance to the 2nd performance, please fill out the following form.
